ESPAI SISTEMAS CARRIES OUT AMBITIOUS PROJECT OF NEW CONSERVATORY IN THE UK

Espai Sistemas has finished the grandiose Project of enclosure a public terrace in one of the most popular leisure centers in UK, the Grand Pier (www.grandpier.co.uk) in Weston Super Mare.

The project is composed by a sliding roof COBERTECNIC T5000 4/5, operated by remote control and fabricated with aluminium profiles and self-cleaning glass, to allow the rainwater drain quickly along the leaves.
The aluminum has a special antirust process of powder coating to avoid the aggressive weather conditions of this part of Atlantic Ocean, as well as the hardware, which has been designed in stainless steel and also with a treatment to avoid such rust.

The MOVIGLASS A32 (frameless glass curtain) has been designed especially to accomplish the strict purchase conditions of the owner of building.
The glass used for MOVIGLASS is a tempered clear glass with polished edges for easy operation with 10 mm thickness.

The size of the project is 37,000x5,500 for the roof without medium structures, and 37,000x2,400 heights for the moviglass. A total of 120 vents in the roof & 46 panels in the frameless system.
